HDR Bloom Question

Is there something wrong with my eyes? I watched some Doom Eternal 4k hdr video on youtube and they have very high saturation of bloom effect but when i try Doom on my new hdr screen it just look the same to my old sdr monitor. So is it because they have better hdr monitor? mine is hdr400

1. Turn on HDR in Windows settings
2. Activate HDR in game settings > video
3. Restart the game (yes you need to restart it!)

why? the hdr in this game works properly if you have it on in-game and off in windows as it has native support

i dunno it sounds like it's just miscalibrated to me

A lot of these Youtubers like to oversaturate the colors or dial up the contrast in post. That would be my guess.

I tried playing on the new HDR monitor and turns out the bloom effect was just little better than when playing on old SDR monitor after changing calibration. Also, I figured out that when watching the HDR gameplay on Youtube at SDR it looks like the Monitor can not calibrate the HDR content so the bloom effect is extremely over saturated,

Probably just need to calibrate it better on your display maybe?
