Audio bug in game
This has been happening for months at this point, where all of my audio except for the music cuts in and out very sporadically. This bug only happens when I am fighting, such as when im just walking or not fighting the audio is completely fine. Ive tried solutions on the internet such as changing the audio format for my headphones around, lowering all of the graphics to low, turning off shader pre-caching, and turning off steam overlay. Only the changing of the audio formats worked, but only for a little bit before the bug started happening again. Any help?

did you try lowering the sample rate in windows? did you verify game data?

what are your system specs?

the audio format i was talking about is the sample rate, from what ive seen. (correct me if im wrong) I verified the game data, which didnt help, the bug keeps happening during fights.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6400
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
Motherboard: MSI H110M GAMING

Let me know if you need anything else

there were actually several people with the same issue on these forums recently, and they all have i5s.

either the cpu is too weak for it or it's a problem with the game and gotta wait for the devs to patch it out. i dunno of any fix for it.

Same issue until now, I also got an i5-6600.

Looks like it's a sign for an upgrade. :(

Im having the same issue, it only started happening recently after i upgraded from a 750 to an RTX 3060. Oddly enough it seems to stem from TOO MANY fps enabling Vsync and effectively capping the game at 60 fps fixes the issues but introduces horrible input lag

Would you happen to be using bluetooth headphones? I had a lot of problems with my bluetooth headphones not picking up the sound. I fixed it by going to sound settings and completely disabling the handsfree mode and the microphone on my headphones so only the actual headphones audio was enabled.

i3 9100 and 16gb ram i really doubt its a spec problem looking at the in game resource monitor everything is fine

The only thing I can see is an i3 and game recommends at least an i5. Everything else looks good though. Maybe try lowering video settings in game if you haven’t to see if it helps with lag. Also make sure no programs are running in background that could impact it.

i said already it seems to be an odd issue where the more fps the worse it gets, vsync fixes it but it add input lag

yeah no vsync inherently adds input lag
