Fix for no physical devices
Press start and search "Advanced System Settings" select advance tab and click "Environment Variables" select new and create a variable with the name “DISABLE_LAYER_AMD_SWITCHABLE_GRAPHICS_1” and give it a value of 1, press OK open DOOM ETERNAL.

This variable requires a reboot to take effect, but you've both fixed the issue with newer radeon drivers so this can be locked.

Yes. Updating NVIDIA and Radeon drivers to latest worked

I got a Asus G15 RTX 3060 and need this command to play the game even with the last 471.11. This command doesn't need a restart, press OK and PLAY.
