I want a new difficulty above nightmare, i played through the last level using a mod to activate a permanent buff totem and only died once. And yes i have done UN, only took me 4 attempts, and AGAIN yes i have played all the difficult content the community has made, i only died 3 times on my first run of Horde Mode 2: Trial of the Dark Lord. I really love this game and want some more challenge to rise up to!

Try speedrunning it if it became so easy.

If you dont want to go for speedrun and dont want to go blindfolded (lol sarcasm) ... Do yourself a favor (as you seem to enjoy plataformers) and play Celeste till you complete everything including C sides... Also Hollow Knight and Cuphead.
After over 600h you obviously will not find more challenge here at Eternal other than playing it blindfolded or trying speedrun for world record.

If you want other challenges for different kinds of games, well, there are a lot, like Dark Souls and souls like games, Sekiro (and games of the kind), MUSYNX, DJMAX RESPECT V and many other games of many kinds ... also the suffering if you really want something almost impossible, that are racing simulators using a keyboard only (that would actually place you in true hell and good luck driving fast at iracing, rFactor 2, Automobilista 2, Assetto Corsa Competizione or KartKraft with keyboard only without using mouse for steering and no assists, that is true masochism).

It reminds me of . . . try beating Eternal with a Guitar Hero guitar, a DK bongo, a Dance Dance pad or with something else that is far from the recommended.

In other words . . . if you dont want to push over your own limits by using something completely different to beat the game, by speedrunning or going blindfolded, just go play something else if the game became too easy and boring.

I finally found something more difficult! "Beyond Nightmare" Someone in the modding discord made some new difficulty settings and i altered one of them to make a difficulty i find just right, 3x attack and move speed for enemies, and 1.5x damage taken! Its wild, i just finished the first slayer gate on nightmare with this mod and it was a rush!
