Master Levels locked themselves after completing one? (Bug)

Hi,

I recently completed the game's campaign, finished the Arc Complex Master level today and then quit the game. I opened the game up again but it shows both Super Gore Nest and Arc Complex Master levels to be locked, and I "must complete the campaign levels to unlock it" I went to the Fortress of Doom and everything in it is unlocked, so this shouldn't happen.

Is this a common bug? I'm playing on Xbox Game Pass.

Update: My internet connection was spotty during the Arc Complex Master Level. When I replayed the game, I found that all the settings, customisations, XP level, and milestones were reset. So somehow during the closing of the game, the unstable network connection caused the game to freak out.

2nd Update: I've sent a support ticket to Bethesda, I'm not sure if it was a local write or network transfer issue that caused this.

but you said it's unlocked in the doom fortress? you cant play it through there?

Oh, what I meant was that in the Fortress of Doom, I had everything unlocked and the mission select screen showed that I completed all the missions in full. I forgot to mention that when I reopened the game after completing the Arc Complex Master Level, the game partially reset itself. All settings, customisations, most milestones, and xp level were reset. I think what has happened is that the game had a network miscommunication with Bethesda and a bunch of stuff somehow got damaged by it.

i dunno, i've had my game disconnect from bethesda servers and had all kinds of connection errors, but it never reset my progress.

maybe it's some kind of xbox screwup.

i think there's a "reconcile entitlements" option on the bethesda site, worth trying.

Hi, I tried that but it didn't work. I did also try restarting my computer/wifi and many other things but they all didn't work. I've submitted a support ticket to Bethesda since this is a deeper issue now.

Good to hear the game is working well for you. I just hope I can regain the stuff I lost. Thanks for the help.

i would recommend getting the game on steam if you ever see it on sale.
