So many Cheaters in BM

Sometimes I start a Battlemode game. But 50:50 of the games there is a hackers. So anoying when we are two demons and dead in 20 seconds. I dont know why Bethesha do not do something with that. Like in CS ban or pernament ban.

they tried doing something about it but people complained about denuvo anti-cheat so it was removed.

i don't support ring-zero anti-cheating methods, either. but there isn't much you can do against cheaters outside of invasive and potentially risky measures.

I'd rather have cheaters than denuvo tbh.

denuvo anti-cheat isn't any different than easy anti-cheat and i'm sure you play games with that on.

people seem to panic at the very name of denuvo, even tho many other games have ring-zero anti-cheats.

Most of the Slayers you are up against have beaten base game and even DLC on Ultra-Nightmare. I am one of the few who didn't and I play horribly as Slayer, but Battlemode is not a popular game mode, it is only played by hardcore fanatics who tend to be the best. The chances of running into a Slayer who barely beats the game on UV are slim to nonexistent.
Also 20 seconds is nothing, I have been up against legit Slayers who deleted me AND my teammate in 10. 3 of it was game start and, spawning and finding us lol, then only 7 was needed to kill us both.

Moreover Battlemode demands a different skill set than Campaign, I have seen even prominent and well-renowned players (such as Byte Me and NzTA for example) beaten by pro Slayers.

I've stumbled upon a Slayer which deleted my mancubus in couple of seconds also was invisible and only time i could see him is when i used my smoke grenade but unfortunataly he kept deleting me even tho he presumably couldnt see me through it.

I would suggest joining the spicy demons Discord server if you want some real matches

I don't play any games that have ring zero anti-cheats, I reformatted once I learned Valorant had it.

you have halo master chief collection, insurgency sandstorm, rust, and squad.

they all use easy anti-cheat, which is a ring zero app.

I remember 2 demons who were around level 6 and 10 accusing me of cheating when I killed them with ssg/balista in a few seconds.

(Yes I have beaten it on UN and completed all of super gore nest master levels.) Only saying this to give you a perspective of their time in game to mine.

Its a peeve of mine when people can't accept a loss and shout cheater when clearly someone is just better.

I have seen some recorded footage of a cheater in Battlemode, but it was not a Slayer, it was a Mancubus with extremely fast moving projectiles and increased fire rate. Didn't hapoen to me, just saw the video. I myself have very rarely encountered someone who was suspicious. I remember one low-level profile somewhere below 50, no stars but had Slayer rating and didn't seem to take damage. There are *some* cheaters, but not even close to what CSGO has.

TBH, battle mode is a sorry attempt at a making multiplayer mode. It never caught on really, even today 8 years later there are more players enjoying Doom 2016 MP than Doom Eternal Battle mode.

Well.. to be honest they tried to add an anti-cheating measure but (cheaters... *cough*) people bashed them for that so they had to remove it, go thank them for that.
