This happened to me in Immora to one of the doors, I backtracked too much and it got permanently locked off (despite it looking permanently open) Thankfully that building had multiple doors so I just used a different entrance
I guess reload a checkpoint?
You can actually get out there by exploiting a punch boost on the cube, some additional height from double jumping + ballista can then get you over the invisible wall.

As a last resort there's always the Meath00k tool ( https://wiki.eternalmods.com/books/3-command-console/page/meath00k-commands ), it enables the noclip command (and more), allowing you just clip through the wall. Also if you're playing the PC mod preview version of Eternal, then noclip is enabled out of the box.
The tool will give you an error on the latest version of Eternal at startup as it hasn't been updated for it, but most of its functionality will still work fine.
Man your blood punch glitch literally saved my save. Took me a good while to understand it and then pull it off but it was still better than having to restart the whole level.
Thank you!
ps: how ironic to beat a bug with an exploit
