Nah it's not Latin. If anything it's egyptian as Aten is a name of the all-god. In fact the pharaoh Akenaten (name means servant of Aten) was considered a heretic for trying to change worship from Amun Ra (sun god) to Aten. Aten Me is probably demonic gibberish that is supposed to be reminiscent of Egyptian potentially.

Dunno about Demonian but I do know Aten is the origin of God himself IRL as Aten was the Egyptian god of the sun who eventually got his exclusive religion. Which then inspired Jewish, which then inspired Christianity, and then Islam afterwards.
