account recovery

Apparently I need the Bethesda account I made 2 years ago to play this, but I don't remember the password or account name. Now, any reasonable company would make it so I just enter the email to reset the password, but Bethesda's website won't let me. I could only send them a complaint ticket and hope they get back to me in the next millennia. Please tell me there's a better way to recover an account than this arduous incompetent ticket submission. Bethesda surely cannot be this stupid. I must be missing something.

i dunno of any other ways if there is one, i have no issues with getting the recovery email from them.

did you check your spam box?

problem is, i don't even know how to get that email. the only thing I could find didn't immediately send an email like I'm used to, it took me to the website where I had to send a bunch of info and a part saying what the problem was. Usually there's just a button that lets me input my email, and done.
idk what i'm missing...

I just figured it out, I'm a dumbass. I wes clicking "account help" but instead I just had to go to log in on the website and hit it there. Thanks for your help anyway!

on the right side, click on log-in / sign-up button and then click "i forgot my password", then put in your username. i hope you at least remember your username?
