IS THIS NOT METAL ENOUGH FOR YOU?!?!!?!?!? AHAHAH
2 - It seem slow paced now and yes, without dash Eternal is one of the slowest DOOMs that is. With double jump and double dash enabled it can become one of the fastest but surely the most versatile and agile one.
3 - About the OST, it have a more "brute and metallic" sound to it and less "rock-like", but "rock" still present at it.
Or you can turn the music off and plçay with other stuff...

Also consider some levels play like Battery, start slow, beautiful and nice, then . . .

METAL!!!
This. Eternal (and D16) use a dynamic music system.
Out of combat you'll get "slower" ambient tracks. In combat, it should ramp right the ♥♥♥♥ up.
I mean, I like NiN and Reznor as much as the next guy, but most of Q1's soundtrack is just ambient noise, no different (and often less melodic) than what is present in Eternal.
I thought there is a setting for that or something. But hey, still a fun game :) Thanks guys
Better off with Pete Seeger.
