RTX 3060 can´t enable ray tracing

Im on a laptop with 3060 and while DLSS works fine and can be setted, the ray tracing option is greyed out and can´t interact with it.
Is this a bug?

you need the new drivers from today , for amd when i start the game it says that i need the new drivers from today to paly the game with rtx on my 6700xt

Same here. Im on a laptop with rtx 3060, ryzen 7 5800h. DLSS works fine, but ray tracing is grayed out.

laptop with rtx 3060, intel i7. DLSS works fine, but ray tracing not activated. nvidia drv 471.11.

Same thing here. RTX 3060, driver 471.11, ray tracing grayed out.

is everybody here using a notebook?
does the notebook use a Ryzen 5/7/9 with Radeon graphics?
Is the Radeon driver current (21.6.1+)? (oem drivers are not current)

Also, the GPU (3060) starts to terribly overheat even just by entering Doom Eternal's main menu. The fans are spinning like never before. All of this is accompanied by general system slowdown (4800H, 32G RAM). I've never experienced anything like this with Doom Eternal before (it basically had no impact on general system usability, and the fans remained quiet through gaming with excellent frame rates). Something is seriously wrong here.
