I don;t know what to buy with Sentinel Batteries?
I've collected 8 of them and know I use them in the Doom Fortress but is it all just cosmetic stuff or can you recommend anything useful to spend them on?

Make sure you do the mission challenges if there are any for a particular mission. You get rewarded Praetor suit tokens and sentinel batteries! If you try to do everything, you should have more batteries and suit points than you really need. I think between halfway and 3/4 of the way through the game I had a fully upgraded suit, and was hunting down the last of the crystals.

There's only two cosmetics. The rest is weapon upgrades, suit points and sentinel crystals to upgrade your stuff.

Start with the Sentinel Crystals, then unlock the suit points. Spend the rest on whatever you want.
