Gamepass to Steam transfer?

Probably a lost cause but wondering if anyone else has done this. Played the game on GP wanted full deluxe edition and DLC to support so i bought for steam but account and save are all back to square one even though it's same bethesda.net account, is there anything I can do to reconcile this?

Your skins, ect do transfer with your bethesda account. Your saves and doom lvl doesn't.

I don't know why this isn't happening for me, logged into same exact account both xbox/steam are linked to beth.net new steam install is level zero with nothing unlocked. Thank BFG they made the DLC standalone so i don't have to replay everything to try new content.
