Completely seriously though, this is absurd indeed, I made a thread on the same topic past week. If the unfinished neglected Quake Champions gives us this option to swap its OSTs (Cris Vrenna or Andrew Hulshult) the far better invested DOOM Eternal should have the same kind of option, too easy to do so but they don't care.
Im my thread someone shared the link to a mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/doometernal/mods/495) which restores the OG Main Menu song from Mick Gordon; I tested it myself and works 100%! This will have to suffice for the time being.
Ain't that the truth.
Free Mick Gordon!

Oh please. Mick Gordon isnt in prison or anything. He made his bed, and now he has to sleep in it.
I love the tracks he did and the work he did, but Hulshult and Levy are also friggin amazing and the DLC tracks are every bit as glorious.
That said, regarding the original topic, Im really rather surprised they havent allowed us to change the track. We can change everything else, from colour schemes to backgrounds and even who stands on the podium. Its a bit weird they didnt give us the choice of music, too. And not just of old or new menu music, but allow us to use the collected tracks from in game, those records/albums, in the menus.
