When can we expect this to go on sale with 75% off ?

I want to play this but as sure as the sun rises I'm not going to pay $100 for it. I've wishlisted but realistically given normal trends how long between year-of-release and it appearing-on-sale-with-75% off ?

Rolling the dice, I think we'll get 60% off on christmas and 75% off is probably mid next year.

You missed the TGA sale, I got it from there relatively cheap. Should have a good deal by Christmas.

Fair enough, at least its not like I'm twiddling my thumbs waiting to only play Doom Eternal, got hundreds of games in my library on backlog so I'll be patient. Will keep my eyes out for the next big one. (edit next big sale)

Realistically it'll be about 1 year until I actually play it

If it goes 75% between now and then I'll be: darn, should have just waited
If it doesn't I'll be: darn, should have bought it on the 2020 winder sale at 67%
