Stuttering (CPU frame times spike)
Every few seconds CPU frame times jumps from 2-3ms to 60ms causing terrible stuttering.

Settings set to Ultra Nightmare, Fullscreen (Windowed and borderless are the same), Vsync Off, Present From Compute Off, Steam Overlay Off, Discord Overlay Off, Windows Game Bar off, Nvidia Instant-replay on (Doesn't change anything if turned off), latest drivers installed, tried running on low settings and it still stutters.

GPU: Nvidia 3070
CPU: Ryzen 3700x
RAM: 32GB
Installed on HDD
2x 1080p screens (stuttering even with only 1 plugged in)

Hi. I have same issue, did you find any fix plz ?

I9 10900 / RTX 3080 / 64 GB RAM

Yes, turned out my GPU was connected with 1 cable to the PSU (8 pin -> 2x 6 pin I think instead of 2x 8 pin -> 2x 6 pin)
