CAN I GET BANNED FOR USING MODS AND CUSTOM MASTER LEVELS?

No you can't, unless by mods you mean battle mode hacks. No one is getting banned for single player mods.

But when i inject mods, after relaunching game without modloader, custom master levels are still installed

No, I've used mods before in single-player.

Just always remember to not try to play battle mode if you do though, that'll probably get your a quick ban if you go into multiplayer with them

i dont know, when i delete mods folder the level is default, not modded

if you want to play battlemode after or delete a mod, just go to steam and click verify files on doom eternal and than all default files will comeback and you won't have to worry about getting banned
