Extra Life Modes Milestones

I was wondering what was the criteria for achieving the extra life mode milestones in Doom Eternal. Is says theirs a milestone with 5 lives and one with 10, Can you get both if you have 10 or more lives on your save? or does it have to be 2 separate playthroughs? Also, does it have to be exactly 5 or 10 lives? Can it be more?

Unless I'm wrong, the 10 extra lives milestone is for the main campaign whereas the 5 extra lives milestones are both for the TAG 1 & 2. You have to start all playthroughs through the extra life mode when starting a new game and it doesn't have to be exactly 10 lives, I just finished the 10 extra life milestone and I finished with 24 lives left.

Okay cool, yea i knew you had to restart specifically on extra lives mode, but i just didnt know if it had to be exactly 5 or 10 lives. Thanks for the info, that cleared up some of my confusion.
