Games like this

I really love the arcade combat from doom eternal compared to doom 2016. Are there any games with similar movement/weapon mechanics that are either arena/wave based or procedurally generated levels? I basically want to grind high scores/levels like Devils Daggers and like a lot of the Arena shooters on PSVR but with movement and jumping instead of it being a shooting gallery. Games like old Doom/Quake/Unreal.

Ultrakill, as described by Gmanlives, is essentially a budget Doom Eternal with some New Blood charm attached to it. You can try the demo for it before the game releases.
Dusk, another New Blood production, is Quake but with a bit more frantic and over-the-top gameplay style. Also, there's killer soap in it.
There is also a mod for Serious Sam Fusion (more specifically SS1HD Fusion) called Serious DOOM that is once again, budget DE, but now with all of Doom 2016's assets slapped onto a mix of 2016 and Eternal's gameplay (mostly the latter, though).

These all seem like campaign games, ive got a few of them downloading from some of the subscription services right now, but is there anything like some of the Arcade VR shooters but for non-VR gaming?

The games im talking about typically have you standing in one place or with limited movement depending on the game/VR setup. You fight enemies in Arena's like Devil's Dagger's or the combat Area's of Doom Eternal and use Strategy to grind your way through rounds or waves of enemies using strategic movement and different combinations of weapons for different types of enemies

Your typically trying to beat your high score/highest wave or round or compete with other players on a leaderboard for points/best time among other criteria. I don't know what else to call them except Arcade/Arena shooters, maybe this is a lost genre because it used to be pretty common back in the early days of PC shooters

I'll start checking those out, if it helps any maybe a better way to describe it would be a game that was nothing but slayer gate style levels, but yea stuff like Quake/Unreal style games but a modern version like this game. If there was a game where i could just run arenas and grind a progression system if there was one would be perfect

I do not. I have them all on Steam. I know they get as low as $2 (US) a piece during sales on Steam however
