Can we reduce the game speed?
Love the game, but is there any option to reduce it's speed by 10% or 20%...?
Love the Metal and the Gore,... but my reflexes are not that awesome any more.

Lower the difficulty. The game's designer even stated that the difficulties affect the game's pace more than its difficulty.

if you barely started playing, you may feel that way now. Give it a week or so, and your reflexes will be fine. The whole reflexes dying out the older you get, is true. But its not by that much at all. Chances are your reflexes are just out of shape, and just need to get warmed up again.

There's a rune that allows you to slow down time while using a weapon mod in midair. Maybe give that a try if you haven't already

Cheat Engine or a similar program should have what you're looking for.

just... play on an easier difficulty, whats the matter? i mean... lower difficulties exists for a reason, with that you can improve you reflexes.

Lowering the difficulty isn't necessarily going to help him. For all you know, he could already be on the lowest.

This. Reflexes are trained. The fastest race drivers are the best at reacting to situations because they train. The best martial artists can react to a fast punch because they train. Shooters are no different. Just practice and practice and practice and don't give up.

just improve your reflexes
take a good regular rest
eat more vitamins
don't drink alcohol for few weeks
your reflexes will be like you are 17y.o. again

I am not trying to become master ninja :p
I am looking for an easy way to just reduce the speed,... It would also allow me to enjoy the details more as well!

As quiet a few have said, I don't think that's a variable normally exposed to the user.

A 3rd party tool like CE is probably the only option.

Reducing the FOV will make it seem like you move slower.
