Problem when launching "Could not enumerate graphics devices"

As the title says, whenever I launch Doom Eternal it would give me that error prompt. I've looked for solutions online and most of the threads regarding this topic go nowhere. What can I do to fix this?

I just bought the game since it was on sale.

Have you tried disabling your iGPU from Device Manager?

nope I haven't and I unfortunately I already refunded the game. So to anyone who has a similar problem, try this out and reply so there could be a solution to the problem.

I am getting the exact same error message as Revo was when I try to launch the game. I have 2 video cards (SLI configuration) currently running on my system.

How do I find the iGPU in the Device Manager?

My son had this issue and he resolved it by updating the integrated graphics drivers. He has an Acer Nitro 5 with an AMD Radeon integrated graphics and an NVIDIA 1650 dedicated graphics card. He downloaded the integrated drivers from AMD's website and this resolved the issue.
