Extra life mode milestone help
So I beat the campaign with over 10 extra lives but I didn't get the achievement. I didn't use any of the cheats. Do I have do it all over again on a new save?

Exactly, you can get lives on the regular game but if you lose them all and died, everthing is fine, however on extralife mode you lose them, and you have to start from the beginning. Also, you cannot farm them by replaying old levels.

Were you on extra life mode? Or just the regular game?

you have to beat the game on Extra Life Mode its in the difficulty selection when creating a new game.... you will have a Extra Life icon beside your save file when loading from main menu

Ah damn. The upside is that I can replay the game again lmao but ♥♥♥♥ sucks
