Jump in Khan Makyr's realm is impossible!

I've just lost 4 extra lives trying this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ piece of ♥♥♥♥ jump.

See that pad on the left? Stand on it, then go through the hoop that shows up.
There's a difference between something being impossible, and the person being bad at it.

The platforms are spread too far apart from the exit and the climbable wall. You keep falling right at the entrance to the next arena, and doomguy, for some reason, will not grab the floor to climb it, but falls through the wall.

If I'm so bad at it, show me you getting it in one try without the haste cheat enabled.

In order to actually help you, I need to see a video of you messing it up. Just standing at the edge and going "I can't make this jump" makes you look like you forgot how to press space.

Also, I'm happy to show you me making that jump, but there are so many factors that not only prove I could do that jump, but reduce how valid my attempt will be.

For example: I've beaten the game several times. I've made that jump several times.

If I do take a video of me doing it and show it too you, you're probably gonna say "you cut out the part where you messed up."

Unless you stand right next to me while I do it, I can't prove to you its possible.
Actually no, I can: people have beat the game, therefore it's possible.

Just a heads up, you can edit your comments, it feels a bit strange seeing someone make two replies to the same comment, not that there's anything actually wrong with it.

I somehow managed to make it out of sheer luck. Let me finish the Khan makyr fight, then I'll reload a save in my non-extra life mode. I must be doing something wrong, and it would be nice to get some pointers. Thanks

Yeah I hate it too when people are just like: “awwe youll get better dont worry you need to move more and blah blab”

Like it doesnt help me and everyone forgets this is an FPS not a fighting game rpg.
Theres not secret to get good except playing the game more.

The only thing I can say to you is its just a jump pad, when you land on the wall press F thats it.
If it doesn’t work your game is broken.

Wow...That's actually unexpected.
I understand your anger, and I should apologise for coming off as hostile as well.

But my points still stand, we can't help you without the needed resources to help you, sure you supplied an image, but you didn't actually state what was wrong, like did you not know which wall you had to grab onto and whatnot.

And like most situations, a video would've been better.

If you're getting angry at a game, take a few minutes to cool off. Remember that it's just a game, something you play for fun, and if you're not having fun then somethings wrong.

I hate Urdak. Terrible ambient music, generic level design, undeveloped platforming. This level should've been like Sentinel Prime: 1 minute of walking and boss fight.
