WHY DOES THE TAB BUTTON INCESSANTLY STOP WORKING?

this is by far the most annoying game i've ever played with these bugs. I have to log out AGAIN. I can't pull up my map without TAB.

Could be your keyboard not the game... your tab key may be faulty.

no, the Tab button is really glitchy on this game for some people, including myself.

the only way to make it work that I found on internet :
when the Tab button doesn't work, press Alt + Tab, then go back on the window of the game, now Tab should work perfectly.

do this everytime the Tab doesn't work.

I know that they should fix it, but at least you can play the game.

Still it must have something to do with specific video cards, because I never experienced it which tells me it's not universal across the board but related to other hardware issues rather than the game per se. What GPU are you guys using? That might narrow it down so you can report it on the Bethesda support site.

I have the same problem, but the Tab key works in every other game/program I use it in. I couldn't figure out how to fix it and also could not set Tab up in the keybindings. So I gave up trying and just set map to CapsLock which works fine.

TAB randomly stopped working for me like a few days ago in this game... can't even ALT-TAB out of game

its when ever you TAB out the game, at least it is for me, so I bound the interaction menu to both TAB and F1 for just in case. also for tabbing-out I use the command CTRL+ALT+ESC.
