Skip intro on UN run?

In 2016 whenever you played a Ultra Nightmare run the game would start you after the introduction area which would skip the opening cinematic and tutorial area; why doesn't this game do this as well?

Probably cause unlike in DOOM 2016 they saw no point in skipping you out the tutorial area cause there is a mod to get in that area.

Right. My main gripe is the cinematic in the entire thing because it goes relatively quick but it's still a chore in a mode that's designed to bring you back there multiple times. Especially seeing as post-tutorial gives you the second mod immediately so you start off with both mods.

You can skip once Novik ends his speech, but I personally would like a way to skip that as well.

This. It's a short speech but it quickly becomes a nuisance.
