Can't Perfect Perfection milestone

So question regarding this milestone, do I have to have only one crystal? Or do I have to have only one crystal upgrade? I get the praetor suit one, but I dont understand the sentinel crystal one, do I have to solely stick to just one crystal and not get say the upgrade that lets me grab loot from further away?

I think the idea is you only grab the ones the game requires you to in the Fortress of Doom and nothing else.

Ahhhh gotcha. If thats the case, I may have to stick to my ammo upgrade, and purposely miss all other crystals and get the secrets on the map. That should be fine

Only grab the required Crystal in the Fortress as well as only one praetor token and activate one skill. Runes don't matter at all.
