Static or Dynamic ?
So i got a GTX 1060 6G the card is beast but it of course can experience some hard times throughout the game. So which is better dynamic or or static ? I noticed that Dynamic make the game a bit blurry depending on what you're setting it to, For example 60 it becomes blurry and on 1000 it's less blurry. Static on the other hand i noticed it doesn't sacrifice the image quality depending on the the setting you adjusted for it. So i'd like anyone to tell which is better ? Thanks in advance slayers

First, you want to cap the frame rate with RTSS, or are you using a 60hz screen with vsync enabled?

I have a 60hz monitor with vsync set to Adaptive

right, if you want to use the dynamic resolution scaler, you should set target fps to 60. it will lower the internal resolution when it sense that the frame rate will drop. if it goes blurry, it's having to drop the resolution to maintain 60 fps. If you run with static at 100%, that is just like running with the resolution scaler off. But if you run with static at 100%, the frame rate will drop just like normal if the GPU can't maintain 60 fps.

I'm assuming it does drop under 60 fps with the resolution scaler fixed at 100%?

only problem I've seen is that it can drop the resolution, even if it's the CPU that is responsible for the frame rate drop, I think....

What CPU do you have?
