Ah! So Spider! has DOOM Eternal

What is the ??? Milestone?

The only three campaign Milestones I have yet to get are Escaped the Madness, Bat Out of Hell, and ???. I can't even begin to guess what ??? is, and I can't find anything online about it... Has anyone figured it out?

There's two ??? that gave me trouble. The first is that you have to punch a slayer gate. The second is that you have to hit a zombie AND ONLY A SINGLE ZOMBIE with a BFG round. Not the BFG tendrils.

Oh, there are multiple? I would image i'm probably missing the latter one, then.

If I'm not mistaken, there's a third that involves headbutting a Pinky. You need to dash head-on into a Pinky, preferably as it charges toward you.

As it turns out, I was actually missing the "Punch a Slayer Gate" one. I actually managed to get Headstrong on my first playthrough completely by accident...

I have been doing this and still cannot get the milestone. Maybe it's bugged

Lol I got that one by accident :)
About the Punch a Slayer Gate, I didn't know what I was even doing, so I just punched it and bam, up pops a Milestone.

About the Punch a Slayer Gate, I didn't know what I was even doing, so I just punched it and bam, up pops a Milestone.

Same happenes to me. Got me a good laugh. Title is ouch and icon is doom slayer holding a thumbs up in bandages.

For that I think you just have to unlock all barrel related perks in eviorments cathegory of suit upgeades. Theres three i think. Barrel resapwns once, drops a bit of ammo and deals no dmg to u.

Ah, wondered about those two ???.... well a single Zombie exists just outside the old subway train at the beginning of the Super Gore Nest Mission if you need.
