Green heavy cannon
I saw a youtube video where the player had a green heavy cannon instead of a red one.

Is there a way to customize the color in game or would this have been a mod?

You can switch unlocked weapon skins under customization in the main menu.

Green skin (Praetor) is unlocked when you max out all upgrades and mods

Fully upgrade the heavy cannon and you'll unlock the Praetor skin.
