I am constantly disconnected from bethesda.net

Getting the error a lot, sure, I just press "P" and I reconnect to bethesda.net. That is something tolerable while playing campaing, but that make battle mode unplayable.

Is anyone having the same issue? I have configured both steam and doom eternal to be allowed in my windows firewall. I am playing other online games and I am not having that issue

I've had it like 3 times in 10 hours or so of singleplayer. Very annoying considering it's a singleplayer mode/game. Shouldn't even tell you, it shouldn't matter.

Yes and i get the error ALOT making battlemode unplayable (can be up to 20 times an hour sometimes), I play other online games without issue too. nothing i've tried has helped since launch. probably going to wear the P off my keyboard. Everyone having the problem should submit a ticket to bethesda support. When u press the console key (~), do u see errors related to the playfab servers?

I keep dropping too and realise when I want to remain offline, nope, everytime you die it reconnects. No-one else finds it ridiculous they don't just allow you play the single player campaign offlline? How young is the demographic nowadays that puts up with this considering Ive barely heard any complaints about this. I can't believe this, but if this is being pirated, the pirates have it better.

You can play it offline, it just warns you when you're not because you're not unlocking stupid stuff. They just need to patch in an option to remove the warning.

Sure, but that doesnt fix the issue with online battle mode, I know that his game is more about single player but I want to try the online mode, specially since playing as demon is very fun

To solve this issue, at least for me, check whatever anti-virus software you're using and make sure to unrestrict Doom Eternal and the ID Launcher. Your anti-virus may be putting its boot in believing doom eternal is not very trustworthy.
How you go about unrestricting them will be different per anti-virus software you use so look it up online.

I remember almost 2 years ago discussing this with ID in a ticket, and they told me essentially, there was ♥♥♥♥ all they could do about it, and they didn't know why it was happening despite me being on a constant 100Mbps connection.

I've played offline for the last 2 years, and it's been flawless since.
