Hayden is pretty much confirmed to be the Seraphim at this point.

Also in one of the codex entries it states that the Father was stolen from Heaven by the Seraphim, and in the Urdak level when you insert VEGA into the terminal he says "Am I the Father, Dr. Hayden?"

So no, the Father is not Hayden

uhm yes, actually sounds good, even the three dang are millennial creatures thanks to the argent energy so yes dr hayden seems to be the seraphim and vega was "the father"stolen, but as i remember well in 2016 they describe dr hayden as a young child born in a human family and he also grow up going to school, and he also get some desease that force him to change is nature from human to android....

The whole “Samuel Hayden is the Seraphim” thing was probably ret-conned

The only thing I didn't understand was the "Mysterious Voice" screaming "NOOOOOOOOO" after Icon gets free. Who is that supposed to be?

No idea at all
Could be the lords of hell. We don't know much of them pending the doom wiki stuff, but it's very exciting to see what they have planned next, being Doom eternal set the bar pretty high.

The part where Doomguy had a flashback and someone in a hooded robe set him free. Who was that? Wasnt that Hayden or was it the Father? Sounded like Hayden to me I thought that was Hayden or both are the same person.

I know Doomguy is like whos running sh*t now?

I dont know the story to Hayden but playing the first doom compared to this one no one was around just a robot named Hayden. I was like where is everyone at? Now I know. Hayden didnt turn or knew of Doomguy coming as if this was setup and used him to fight off Maykr?

Hooded Robe figure in the flashback = The Seraphim mentioned in Doom 2016. He was mentioned a few times in the Doom Eternal codices, and one entry named him 'Samur' ~ The Chancellor/right hand to the Khan Makyr.

Samur went into hiding presumably after stealing the 'Essence of the Father', and there are several indicators that connect Samuel Hayden as Samur.
- Whenever he spoke to the Doom Slayer about the human race, he referred to them as 'your people'.

- In the flashback and in 2016 when he gifts D.S the first argent energy cache, he says almost exactly the same thing "Take it, it's a gift, it will give you strength, help you on your journey"

- When the Doom Slayer brings Samuel back to the ship, Samuel integrates himself into the ships mainframe and VEGA notes that Samuel's internal architecture is similar to the ships (which is of Argenta/Maykr design)

- Samuel has an unrealistic amount of knowledge about 'everything' to merely be a human. Such as when they arrive on Urdak, a place which essentially only the Maykr people can get to. "Magnificient, isn't it?"- something one tends to say when they're showing someone else something they've seen before.

While there's not as much to pin VEGA as 'The Father', it is a safe assumption that he very well could be - especially after he asks that very question when he is plugged into a system on Urdak.

The Mysterious Voice saying 'Noooooooo' after the death of the Khan Maykr was interesting.. It won't be the Dark Lord of Hell. But a seemingly cosmic being that has no form sounding saddened at the loss of one of the strongest/oldest beings in the universe... One would think that could only be 'The Father'. Since the codices stats he may have 'split' himself into pieces, 1 piece forming the Maykr race...

I'm piecing this altogether in a lore guide I've almost finished creating :D

1. When you put Vega in the computer he says I AM THE FATHER

2. When you walk into the room before you stab the heart it says Welcome Seraphim

3. The hooded figure that gave Doomguy powers had tentacles and was floating under the robe.

You forgot one thing, when the ARC scientist is talking about Samuel Hayden, he says that Hayden’s cortex is “alien” and that they couldn’t figure it out
