I cannot change my email !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried to join the doom club to get the zombie skin, but I cannot do that because I never verified my email.

Problem was from the start I typed hotmail.co, rather than hotmail.com (typed "," instead of the letter "m")

Now I cannot verify my account to be able to change my email. I am really stuck and not sure what to do any more.

Anyone faced this problem? any solution?

Only solution would be to contact Bethesda support about changing your email address for doom eternal.

Contact support. No other way around it afaik. I've no idea why they don't have an option to change it more easily, like other services.

thanks guys, I guess this will take days for them to respond :( all good.

Yea really silly to not even allow players to just change the email from the game tab.
then they allowed unfamiliar emails to pass, I could have typed anything and they would have accepted it as an email then you are stuck with it, no way out. I will wait I guess, will update the forum with the results.

Worse case scenario I have to start a new account and lose all game-play and hours I put in. I hope this does not happen.

haha damn this is an old thread, I gave the game a positive review and that was my only negative part in my review, because they NEVER changed it.
I would start over now while you are not too far into the game, and use an alternative email

The thing is this bethesda account is now probably linked to my steam account so future bethesda games will log in to this false email account. So I have to change it. Idk what you mean by using an alternative email. I literally can’t log out of that email. And God knows if they will ever respond. Might refund.

It is a top-tier game dont ignore it, if refund helps you re-set up then do it.
Otherwise try contact them, its been 4 years I assume they have improved their customer service department by now..

Their support page is really confusing. I didn’t even have to sign in to create a support ticket. They gave me a support ticket code after I posted and I haven’t even got any confirmation that they have received my ticket. I’ll update if I get any response but this is so frustrating because I can’t play the game while waiting.

find a support email somewhere and email that code, link my thread and show them how useless they are maybe then they will work on it faster

Update

They responded the same day and they actually fixed my email. If you haven't still fixed it try contacting them again because they solved my issue very quick.
