Report a translation problem
I use the second monitor for streaming, chat, and discord monitoring. This isn't a reasonable solution.
All my monitors are landscape though. I'd say the temp solution is to remove the monitor you want, don't worry about streaming, discord, etc. Do those in the background of the main monitor.
Why this is even an issue is beyond me, seems like whatever script they put together to detect which display is which is bugging out on NVIDIA hardware.
Edit: Can't mark my own reply as a solution, could somebody quote this for me?
This seems to be some kind of deeper problem with the way the game is detecting display hardware info, hence having to change windows display settings to fix it.
