havent recieved the zombie slayer skin

im a member at bethesda.net and i still havent gotten it. ive beaten the game and still no skin

It's because you haven't signed up for the Slayers Club. Youre in luck though. Since you got a Bethesda net account, all you gotta do is go to the Slayers club page, make sure youre logged in with your b net account, and just click sign up.

Congrats! You should have your Zombie Slayer skin...oh and make sure youre signed in to bethesda net in the game as well, or you wont receive the skin.

im in the slayer club. and i still havent gotten anything. in game it says my username is messed up and it shows some long unintelligible phrase and i cant change it. when i go to my account it still shows my actual name
