The third one is more situational and preference based.
I like savagery and equipment fiend personally. I know the bullet time rune is also strong but I've never personally enjoyed that mechanic.
I've tried that rune too but it didn't fit my playstyle.
I will prolly always use search and destroy but 100% I'm sur eI'll never take off Air COntrol. That rune makes the gameplay so so soooo much better.

This was the 1st one i instantly equipped, i was like " ♥♥♥♥ YEA, FINALLY FAST GLORY KILLS" i think its barely 0.5 seconds faster or something, but man does it make the game look and feel much more faster
That rune that makes you move faster was 1 of my first 3 runes. I ended up giving up on it because when I also had the Overdrive power up I was moving way to fast and some arenas were too small. I was moving so fast that at times I dodged a skill shot to the left/right just to move right back into it without any dash.
He is talking about the rune that gives you a speed boost AFTER a glory kill. I don't really like the rune that makes the glory kills faster. I prefer them at normal speed just because it helps me plan out my next move. But most of the time I use the glory kills for a quick update on my armor, health, grenade, flame, ammo status. I can take a look at all these without any penalty.
