This is unclear but there are a few options. One of them is that the Slayer’s ability to absorb the energy from his fallen foes means he’s using the demons as fuel for his rage, preventing them from resurrecting. Alternatively, demons might simply ‘respawn’ in Hell but are heavily weakened and held back until they can regain strength.

So they respawn too? There's no difference on this and what promise christianity in the end of the line. After the quarintine is over I'll be sinning with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ :D

They can be "killed", but their essence probably reforms into a new body because they literally never die, since they are mortally challenged.
