Can't get past cultist base due to crashing
I was playing fine without a hitch until I got a fair way through the cultist base. I was in the long red corridor with the blades that slammed down from the ceiling, and BAM the game just quit, no error message and no event recorded in Event Viewer. I paid around $150.00AUD for the deluxe edition and I even pre-orddered it, but it looks like the cultist base is the final level for me. It didn't even save any checkpoints so I was back on thbe Fortress of Doom, having to start the level again from scratch, only to have it crash at the exact same spot.

PLEASE ASSIST!

The exact same thing happens to me when I start to progress through the BFG-10000 mission. It will randomly crash without warning or any window error. I hope Bethesda is looking into this. I played the game all the way up to that mission without so much as a frame drop.

I've had the same thing happen as well multiple times. I've restarted the computer a couple times and it's helped, as in I'll get through another level or two before it happens again. I'm pretty over it tbh and don't really care to finish it at this rate.
I hope Bethesda fixes this. I remember Doom 2016 crashing after 30-45mins of playing, but it had a crash dump 0xc00000005 and once Bethesda patched out Denuvo the crashes stopped. Surely there's something Bethesda can do to fix this, especially how much they charged us for it!
