Mission 9 Taras Nabad Bug - gate not opening for collective

I am trying to unlock the gate to get they toy behind the metal gate, I already destroyed the stone statue and pushed the button, the main gate is open but the well(which I would have to jump on) isnt shining or doing anything. Jumping on the well is also not doing anything now. The key pad at the wall is shining green but I cant push it at all, there is no press E option coming. I am actually done with the level and wanted to collect my last 3 missing collectives and cant get this one working. I was even watching PowerPyx on YouTube how to solve this, but no chance.
Restarting the game also didnt work.
Anyone else has this problem?

Replay the mission again it fixed most issues like that for me on Doom 2016.
