Edit: The secondary fire
Having a MSI board or a motherboard with installed Nahimic audio with Realtek drivers will cause audio problems in-game.
(Bug found by Dooms87)
Disable emulated surround and all audio "enhancements". Not a Doom specific issue, rather a conflict with surround encoding methods. SBX TruStudio and even Atmos can cause odd artifacts in Eternal at times.
I see. Well, glad to hear it ain't the game's fault for this. Thank you for the information.
Sometimes during fights The Slayer's arms would drop off screen or freeze in place, making it impossible for the player to use any weapons except the Shoulder grenades and Flame Belch.

Minor glitch: My cheat settings don't save if no map is played in the mission select.
Similar: Progress is not saved after returning to the main menu from Doomguy's fortress of solitude; I have to use the mission select display to load a mission in order to save any new cheat disks or upgrade purchases to the campaign profile.
Idle speculation: I suppose loading the last checkpoint might be responsible for lost milestone progress in weapon mastery, because mastered weapons don't revert back when a checkpoint is loaded.
Not bugs, but suggestions: I second the motion to add an option for an ice bomb key instead of the equipment switch key. I also like the idea (original thought this time) of adding an option that moves the glory kill command from the blood punch to the dash. I keep blood punching demons while they're flashing and I can't figure out why the glory kill doesn't always get precedence.
If Id thinks having to switch between grenades is better than having seperate buttons for them then I don't think they will change that anytime soon (Remember that they had 2 years tops to test this idea and must've gone through every way they can implement it.). As for the Blood Punch, the whole reason it's put where the punch/glory kill key is because it's called Blood Punch. That's the idea. To punch. As for the problem you have when using it, it's because of a bug (Basically, the game doesn't always register you trying to glory kill and thinks you want to punch the target.).
In the game's first level (Hell on Earth) the demons aren't spawning in the first room which makes it impossible for the player to continue playing. To fix this, the player has to delete the save they are having this bug using the keyboard only.

Point two: There are already four melee attacks. "Use / blood punch / glory kill" is one, "chainsaw" is two, "dash" is three (yes the dash already doubles as a light melee because it does more damage than a standard punch and can readily stagger those pesky fodder zombies if you want to save ammo), and of course the Tosh.0 approved great sword. I strongly feel that the glory kill could just as easily be bound to any one of those or all four simultaneously (except sometimes I want to chainsaw for ammo and I don't care if they can be glory killed or not) to good effect, but like the ice bomb idea, it should be a player-selected option if it's going to be added as a future feature.
Well, in the end, we can only hope that Id takes our suggestions for granted and implement them in the game but until then, let's not get off topic and try to keep this discussion about bugs only. Maybe in the future I can try to make a discussion about suggestions from the players for the game or someone else can try if they want to. I dunno.
In battlemode after the game has ended I can't choose either rematch or shuffle. Also none of my cosmetics show up in battlemode.
While in-game, after a few minutes everything except the UI turns completely black or will start getting black in a certain place and get bigger if the player moves their mouse (It may cause crashes). The only way to fix the problem is to enable Vsync in the settings.

When closing the map in-game everything stutters after a few seconds.

Chainsawing an enemy as you hit a monkeybar / swing will cause you to have no collision with the world once the chainsaw animation ends so you'll fall through the world.
