Report a translation problem
Sometimes on some completed missions the demonic corruption meter shows some bars unfilled even though in the missions menu it shows to be all finished. To fix this the player has to replay the missions all the way through that have this bug.

Using the mastery token on weapon mods may result in not getting The Gunpletionist achievement.

In the master level Arc Complex, the door for the lift which leads to the last stage of the mission has an invisible wall while being open and making the mission unbeatable. (Bug found by Turok)
In the Final Sin mission, if you don't continue it straight from the previous mission the 1UP in the room found after going through a vent in the beginning of the mission will be missing.

Even chainsaw can bug out and with imp in front of you it can say NO TARGET DETECTED. Blood punch can also get buggy and sometimes not work at all and instead you will simply punch. With stage 12 boss it can be rage inducing.
It was "found" since launch - it's caused by not all demons appearing, demons killed by envintorments (like axes in cultist base) or clipping through the floor.
Fix for it for now is to replay the stage.
There is a bug with Marauder AI, when his shield can be always ON and only go away when you restart or die. Happened to me maybe twice in almost 50 hours of playing, but it is annoying when it happens, and I can't imagine my rage if that would happen on UN.
Falling through floors is annoying, but going out of bounds, because of tying physics to framerate is weird.
In the Hell on Earth mission, after reaching the destroyed city section and load the checkpoint, it will not load the checkpoint. Instead, it will play the opening cinematic while playing Vega's voice line over the top of the cutscene and it will load the player in the map but it will not be rendered properly at all.

I've been encountering a glitch on Urdak where after the second arena where you have to deal with the buff totem and Doom Hunter, the area where you turn off the laser grid won't open up even after I've eliminated all enemies in the area. I've had this issue every time I've attempted the level without fail, except the one time I played it with cheats (the infinite lives, infinite ammo, infinite onslaught).
A similar glitch happens on Final Sin where in the building you go to after the first arena, there is a breakable secret wall. I climb up the area this opens up and there is an unbreakable set of pipes with green-lit cracks.
After finishing the Sentinel Prime mission the game keeps crashing randomly, especially in battles like the one right after getting the Crucible. In the debug.log file there's always this logged on it: [0320/131723.129:ERROR:settings.cc(325)] Settings version is not 1

In the Final Sin mission, the cutscene which plays after getting the Codex shows the Icon of Sin being invinsible/having no model but still acting like there is one (Aka, destroying buildings and other stuff while walking around).
