Proper amount of collected sentinel batteries not displayed
On the super gore nest level; I am have clearly collected all three batteries, they are green on the map; but have not been registered on the mission select. anyone else have this issue?

ive noticed a few circumstances like this yes. i had it show 3/3 batteries obtained while i was missing 1 and other items miss-completed
