Glitch Secret Encounter on Mars Core

I haven't encountered any issues in this game until this specific Secret Encounter.

I kill everything with seconds to spare, and it fails.. I am going to restart the game and try it again, maybe something is just off.

But like this guys video on his Xbox (same Encounter), kill everything below and it completes. I swear I've been going nuts as I've not only killed everything and just stood there with nothing to watch it countdown and Fail.. but I have jumped up to the upper area a few times and actually saw more enemies so thought it was something up there I was missing.. but obviously not.

The 2nd one @ about 1:38 in... Anyone else have issues with any not Completing?

Besides that games been a blast... probably will leave us wanting more, just hope Bethesda allows Id Software to actually support the game.
