Do cheats disable milestone/achievements?

The description of cheats said they don't affect progression. I used cheat codes for fun and to go finish a secret encounter I missed. Will this keep me from getting the "complete the game on X difficulty"?

As far as I know, cheats only disable slayer gates, everything else you earn will stay with you after you leave the level.

I completed everything but the slayer gates, which get turned off when cheats are enabled, successfully on Ultra Violence difficulty. You should be good!
