Stuck in super gore nest?

I'm stuck in super gore nest? I've collected all the keys and now need to place the blue and red keys into their holes and do the purple key challenge. However, there is a pentagram covering the purple challenge so I cannot access it and I cannot get the prompt to place the keys. I've searched all over for any enemies I haven't killed to no avail. Am I screwed?

You can enter the keys and not enter the main door. I'd suggest trying that

The issue is I can see the objective markers for the keys but if I try to place them in their spots, the game will not let me. This makes me think a trigger was missed.

Restart from checkpoint. That's what worked for me. Apparently, the trigger wasn't loading for a new encounter of enemies when you reenter that area. After I restarted, a whole bunch of enemies spawned and when i killed them, I could place the remaining two keys no problem.

restart the mission. I think it's a bug. I encountered a similar bug when i got the rocket launcher, i closed my game and next time i load up my save my rocket launcher was missing from weapon wheel. So i had to load up that same mission again. Same thing might be happening to u.

I hit this bug today. Reloading the last checkpoint did the trick.
Obviously, Bethesda did not fix it yet. Not blocking enough bug?

actually, a trigger was missed. the trigger is simply killing all the demons in the area
