Battlemode doesn't work?

Hey guys, anyone got an idea why am i unable to run Battlemode? No matter which option i pick (Quick play, Slayer, Demon), "Unable to find any available Batttlemode matches, please try again later" pops up. Tried pretty much everything. I am logged in in Bethesda, made sure firewall doesn't block anything. Anyone having the same issue?

i have same issue and try everything (turn off fire wall + win security - steam port forwarding - Vpn - Etc .... ) server problem ....

Same here, bethesda being useless as usual with their servers. Im very sure its not a lack of people online, its just the company being faffing about with the connections. I managed to get several games today, but after three games i couldnt find any others.

That's garbage, imagine doing a massive ass marketing and not even being able to run servers properly, some epublishers are a plague seriously

Used to get matches til yesterday. Now getting the same error

I get matches a lot but some desync and lag so badly its almost unplayable, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bethesda servers

I also had the same issue, I think it might the servers because the games I have played are pretty laggy.

I have found it quite easy to get games, although at times i've been removed from a lobby for a lack of players however there were indeed 3 players, but most games work. i have had a few amazing games and it makes me crave more, however, i have to be honest, it is hard to get a good game... I find this to be due to lag, i particularly see other players rubber band and even having things damage me after leaving a dangerous area. or just after going through a portal. i have to be honest, this lag is very similar to the lag on dark souls 1 multiplayer. There are times i die and it is my fault and i can't deny that, however a lot of the time it is due to lag and as a result, simply not knowing what is going on as what is see does not match the situation.
The game other than that is excellent and i enjoy playing it. what could the solution(s) be to this ?
i have connection and all is okay on my end.

Apparently, there are only 3 servers in Texas for BM, which is obviously is bad. If it was me, arrange using the Microsoft servers, as they obviously bought them lol.

For me, game works fine however, just a certain amount of people have this issue since launch, which sucks doo doo.

Usually it’s because the lack of players and Bethesda net being poopooo from my experience when I use to play BM

Just so y'all know, bethesda has literally nothing to do with this. Not only did they not have any input on the development of battlemode or its netcode, but they don't host the servers. The servers are hosted by a company called 'Azure Playfab Microsoft', which also hosts the servers for minecraft realms and R6S (and i think sea of thieves). You can not only see DOOM Eternal on their website listed as a game they host the servers for, but 'playfabms' is listed multiple times in the net_ related Cvars in the game.

I mean... no one plays this game for battlemode, rather people wants to play classic deathmatch as their end game. But as for the consequence of not having deathmatch, people just play single player campaign and not play at all.

Doom simply can't have a classic deathmatch, not because it's eon old but probably Bethesda too has Quake Champions to save. Without their players there can be no popularity and Quake Champions will cease to flow. They cannot allow this to happen. They cannot stand by and watch as Doom puts their future at risk. Doom will just have battlemode and the popularity will continue to flow. It is your people's survival... against Quake Champions.
