(Fixed)Game wont launch on Steam issue

I've had this issue for a long time and only figured out a method recently. There seems to be no online guides that fixes this issue. Follow steps below

1. Hit start on the game using Steam. You should be greeted by an id launcher notification about HDR.

2. Do not hit start as this is the issue as it closes the game but instead open task manager.

3.Right click the id launcher and left click properties.

4.Tick the box to run the program compatibility mode for Windows 8.

5.Tick the box to run the game as administrator.

6.Close the game and reopen it and hopefully it should work for you.

7.Enjoy
