Can't Pick Up Secret Item

There's a secret item in the Cultist Base mission - it's supposed to be the "Cheat Code" pickup for that level, and it's located in the room with the cages (after you get the Super Shotgun). No matter what I try - reloading the mission, sitting on top of it, etc. - I can't pick it up. The icon is visible, and my progression stats show it hasn't been picked up.

Has anyone else encountered this bug, here or elsewhere? Any fixes?

Just had this problem, no idea what caused it or how to fix it

I had this problem too, but I was able to pick it up after leaving the level and doing it a second time. No idea what caused it.

It actually fixed itself with the last update, somehow. No idea why.

Wen't back in on second play through, still the same problem. I replayed just this mission for this one secret, can't pick it up
Edit: reload last checkpoint and go back to it, fixed
