Do i have to pirate?
Even after the patch game still not working. For example; Doom 2016 works perfectly with vulkan. RDR2 works and other vulkan games works. But this is not. I believe i did everything but nothing change. Here is my problem;

After first try second one is only black screen without music. I need to restart my pc to get this company logo's again.

edit: i have done; new driver old driver, reshade, installed again, checked to integrity of files, give admin rights to .exe, disable windows defender, i even change game config via geforce experiance.

system: win 10 pro, 2080ti, 9770k, 32gb ram, z390 board. every firmwares and bios's up to date.

LOL I got an error trying to view the video... update graphics card drivers though

Sorry that it didnt help. I had to reset all my driver settings too

maybe the problem is denuvo or something (i know denuvo working even it's pirated) i don't know but there is no other options for me for now.

Update drivers, then update windows, then verify you install.

If none of that is working then go ahead and pirate, bethesda screwed up implementing the DRM correctly...

Mine works fine. Just saying. I have pretty much the same system but a i7 9700k instead for cpu and less RAM. I don't have reshade though. Soooo maybe...

Get rid of reshade and see if that helps? I have no idea if it will work but it does mess with graphics so.....

You're using a visual mod and wondering why it might not work? Disable reshade.

You're using a visual mod and wondering why it might not work? Disable reshade.

No not like that. I have never used or heard it before. Just tried to see is it gonna work or not . For know it's already disabled.
