Doom Eternal low GPU & CPU usage, low FPS
Hoping I can find someone else with this problem. While playing Doom Eternal my GPU and CPU are not operating at maximum load, only hovering 40-60% usage max. (specs below) I've tried all the no-brainer fixes: restarting, reinstalling, I moved it to my SSD from my HDD (improved performace but not a fix), verify integrity of files, updated all drivers. I even went into Task Manager and "Set Priority" to High. Still nothing.

Even while at the lowest settings I tank to 40 FPS while my GPU and CPU aren't even operating at max load. This hasn't occurred on any other games of mine recently. This leads me to believe it's an engine issue, driver issue, or a setting in the game that I'm not aware of. Those are just some educated guesses.

If anyone has any fixes or info, let me know.

PC Specs:

Intel i5 9400F
RTX 2060
16 GB RAM 2667 MHz

So far this is working. Thanks for chiming in, I'll mark as answer after playing a bit more :-)
