Tab key not responding?

Anyone else having an issue where the tab key becomes entirely unresponsive while Doom is open?

Same here, was frustrated I couldn't tab out of tutorial prompts literally because Tab does not work ingame. I've tried binding tab to other keys, doesn't recognize it.

Until theres a fix, will have to restart from checkpoints and probably not have access to my abilities? No clue.

Edit: Its only ingame, I can Shift+Tab for overlay and on my desktop, just doesn't exist ingame. I also reset all keybinds and noticed shortly after that Tab was functioning again.

It seems to have something to do with windowed borderless. When I swap it over to fullscreen it reacts just fine. I've also managed to work around it by alt+tab-ing to a different program like steam, then alt+tab-ing my way back into DOOM. No idea what's up though. I'd also recommend doing a secondary binding of the dossier to the tilde '~' key. It's right above tab and I don't think anything else is bound to it so if it messed up again, then you have an emergency backup.

Played fullscreen the entire time and nothing changes it. Did change keybinds and that is at least a fix. Such a strange bug.

I've also having issue with tab, can't check map or mod weapons and suite, please Id software how hope u fix it with hot fix or patch if u have solved this issue.

i'm on part 3 and i need to be more powerful, but as other said it doesn't do anything only few times e.g when maps are updated.

Same here, It seems "tab" key works again if I do alt-enter twice

Good to see after all this time it wasn't fixed. Alt-enter did work for me though so thanks to that guy.

This is the only thing that's worked for me aside from changing keybind off of tab. I have to press alt-enter and then the tab key for the game to recognize I've pressed the tab key.

Still happening. I bound my dossier to F1. Crazy that it hasn't been fixed.

Known issue. Just restart the game.
